Meet Our Executive Chef Υiannis Marinopoulos
Yannis Marinopoulos comes from the island of Thassos, is Executive Chef of Xenios Gate Group and has 26 years of experience in the culinary industry. He took his first culinary steps alongside Chef Sotiris Evangelou where he began to form a more comprehensive view of the culinary art.
He loves tradition and is inspired by it. We would describe his cuisine as "high end" cosmopolitan Mediterranean, full of tensions, memories and images.
He perfectly combines new and modern techniques, giving another new dimension to dishes that have been covered by time!
In the past, he has been in Berlin, A' lecturer in seminars on modern Greek cuisine and Mediterranean diet.
